As an avid traveler from the UK, I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pear Tree Cottages in Wedmore, Somerset. Nestled in a picturesque location just a short distance from Ashton Court and Bristol Temple Meads Station, the setting was ideal for our family getaway. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Penny, the owner, who provided us with a thorough tour of the property and shared valuable information about the local village and nearby dining options. The cottage itself felt like a true home away from home, with beautiful furnishings, top-notch cleanliness, and all the necessary amenities one could ask for. From the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds and quality linen, every detail was well thought out and greatly appreciated. One of the highlights of our stay was waking up to the stunning countryside views right outside our window, a true blissful experience. We also enjoyed exploring the area through fishing and cycling activities, which made for a memorable holiday experience. From the warm hospitality of the host to the well-appointed accommodation and beautiful surroundings, this stay truly exceeded our expectations.
